About SlabLock

SlabLock exists because garage floor coatings got a bad reputation they didn't have to earn. The peeling, hot-tire-marked floors everyone has seen aren't a coating problem — they're a prep-and-chemistry problem: bargain paint sold as "epoxy," applied to dusty concrete, with no moisture check and no repair work. Done properly, a coated slab is a twenty-year surface.

So we sell it properly: real polyurea and epoxy-class chemistry in honest quantities, a spec that starts with fixing and profiling the slab rather than pretending it's optional, and two kits clearly split by who's holding the roller — the 1:1 for a homeowner's weekend, the 2:1 for installers who coat floors every week.

SlabLock systems are manufactured in Wisconsin by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, and the TDS in the box matches what commercial applicators get.

Installer program

Professional floor installers get contractor pricing on the 2:1 system and Fast-Patch, job-size estimating tables, and priority technical support for the floors that don't read the manual — moisture-heavy slabs, machine-troweled surfaces, coolers. If floors are your trade, mention it on the contact form and we'll set up contractor terms.
